1. Abstract submission deadline is June 1, 2018.

2. To submit an abstract, you must first complete the online registration form and pay for the FTMB2018 registration fee.

3. All abstracts must be in English with correct grammar and spelling. Each abstract must contain:

            • A title (up to 20 words).

            • Full names of authors, affiliated institutions (department, institution, and country), and contact e-mail address.

            • A concise description of the research (up to 300 words).

            • Up to 5 key words.

            • No images, tables, or figures are allowed.

4. Only abstracts submitted via the online submission form will be sent to the Abstract Review Committee for review. Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

5. Once your abstract has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your allocated abstract number. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract. Please contact the Ms. Qingli Miao ( if you do not receive a confirmation that your abstract has been received.


The symposium will set several Excellent Poster Awards. The poster award includes a certificate and monetary award. You can print poster(s) by yourself, or send the poster(s) to, the symposium will be responsible for printing for free.

            Poster size: Vertical layout, 119 cm (height) × 84 cm (width).

            • Poster content: Title, author name, department/institution, research content, key words, and email address, etc.

              The pictures in poster require high resolution.

            Deadline: June 20. (If you will print the poster by yourself, please also inform us before June 20.)
